Wush Wush coffee is an extraordinary treasure in the world of specialty coffees. It is a rare and exclusive varietal, cherished for its low yield and extraordinary craftsmanship. Originally from Ethiopia, this exotic coffee is now cultivated in the highlands of Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia, at elevations over 5,700 feet. Produced in collaboration with farmer Argemiro Hernández Orjuela, each bean is processed using a washed method combined with prolonged, controlled fermentation in airtight containers. These meticulous techniques unlock a vibrant flavor profile of tropical fruits, floral aromas, and subtle spices.
